We are a Banbury based Jump Rope Team who love to compete, display, learn and coach the sport of jump rope. Jump rope is all about learning something new and challenging yourself physically. Working as a team is important especially during display work. You can learn a whole range of skills ranging from single rope tricks to impressive Double Dutch!
We were founded in 2003 with a bunch of enthusiastic skippers and train at Blessed George Napier Sports Hall, Banbury on a Wednesday night. Our open session runs from 6-7pm. We have a club of boys and girls ranging in age from 8-17.
