Kidlington Family Cross Country Event

A big thankyou to Dr South, Edward Field, West Kidlington, St Thomas More and North Kidlington for taking part in the Kidlington Family Cross Country Event.

Children from years 1 to 6 really demonstrated the value of determination as they pushed themselves to produce their best in six very competitive races. To add to the challenge the course at West Kidlington took them through trees, field and even a small hill.

The children all rose to the challenge and produced some excellent races.

The winners in each section were;

U7 Girls: West Kidlington

U7 Boys: St Thomas More

U9 Girls: West Kidlington

U9 Boys: West Kidlington

U11 Girls: Edward Fields

U11 Boys: West Kidlington

Congratulations to all - the teams above plus the top ten finishers in each race qualify through to the partnership finals.

A big thankyou to West Kidlington for hosting the event and also to our leaders from Gosford Hill School for their hard work for making the event a success.

A great afternoon of exhausting action, thankyou to all!
