Gymnastics at Cropredy

During term three, Year 6 from Cropredy School had gymnastics lessons every Thursday morning with Mr Pemble for five weeks. Our gymnastics knowledge grew and grew and in the end we learnt masses. Mr Pemble taught us some of the main criterias of gymnastics including: Unison, Cannon, Match and Mirror (Unison is where you move in sync with another person, Cannon is where you move one after another, Match is where you copy each other’s movement and Mirror is where you reflect each other’s movement.) We were working towards making group routines and individual routines. The group routines using flight as well as floor work where we had to include two rolls, two shapes and two balances as well as interesting ways to travel; we all worked hard to achieve a high scores!
