Table Tennis at Bishop Carpenter

Bishop Carpenter Primary School launched a junior table tennis section in September 2015 and now has 14 committed players who regularly train with a qualified coach.  Progress has been so noticeable that there is a real possibility that Bishop Carpenter could be ranked amongst the best table tennis playing primary schools in Oxfordshire in the not too distant future.

 On 19th May the school held their first ever intra-school table tennis Championships, which was witnessed by classmates, teachers and parents.  In the final of the plate competition Eloise Holford beat Jessica Tubmann in three sets, whilst in the main competition Molly Bentley just gained the advantage over George Fyfe, to be crowned overall Champion.
