Pupils have their say on Physical Activity!

We recently enjoyed a very inspiring afternoon with Bicester (BLIP) KIDZ at Bicester Town Council Offices.

The Bicester KIDZ council group is made up of two pupil representatives from most of the Bicester primary schools; representatives who sit on their own School Councils.

NOSSP were invited to the meeting on Thursday 26th January to help lead and steer discussions on how to make schools across the Town more active.  A whole range of fantastic ideas were discussed, focusing on activity levels before school, at break times and lunch times, during lessons and after school.

Ideas included The Mo Farah Sprint, Wake and Shake, The Golden Ticket, Outdoor Learning and Classroom Tobogganing!

Students left having drawn up a draft action plan and have promised to report back on progress at the next KIDZ meeting in March.
