Charlotte Edwards @ Bicester Community Coll.
Bicester Community College welcomed England Ladies World Cup winning captain Charlotte Edwards on Tuesday afternoon. The first of 2 sessions, Charlotte met with students and talked through her experiences as a professional sports person. She then led 2 lessons to year 7 girls and a after school session to the girls cricket teams. The sessions are aimed at promoting girls’ cricket and the Lady Taverners Indoor under 13 & 15 competitions which will be organized during Feb/Mar 2010.

The annual Kwik Cricket Festival for The Cooper Family of Primary Schools took place on 18 May 2012. This event was organised by The Cooper School and was played at Bicester and North Oxford Cricket Club.
