FURTHERING LINKS WITH NORTH OXFORD GOLF CLUB
Following his successful coaching sessions last term with Year 7 students, Lee Jackson, Club Professional at North Oxford Golf Club, has given six taster sessions this term to students in Year 8 and 9.
The students were then invited to North Oxford where they were shown around part of the course and taught how to hit out of a bunker. They were then invited to take part in a putting competition. Jake East, a Year 13 student at Gosford Hill, who is currently Junior Captain at the Club attempted and succeeded in beating the winning score!!
