KIDLINGTON HIGH FIVES NETBALL FESTIVAL

Kidlington High Five Netball Festival took place in West Kidlington School on May 21st. Four schools took part: Dr South's (one team), Edward Feild (four teams), St Thomas More (three teams) and North Kidlington (two teams).

Kidlington Ladies Netball Club and Gosford Hill School provided the umpires and Young Leaders. The standard of play was high and there were several exciting matches. The final was between North Kidlington and Edward Feild. At full time the score was one goal a piece and the golden goal rule was put into operation. North Kidlington team scored the next goal and were declared the winners.

Kidlington Netball Club are holding sessions at Gosford Hill School on July 11th, 18th and 25th from 10.30 to 12pm. Boys and girls aged under 11 years old are invited to attend and details are available from the teacher in charge of PE in their school.
