KIDLINGTON YEAR 5/6 SPORTSHALL ATHLETICS
Year 10 students from Gosford followed a training course last December to ensure the four sportshall athletics sessions they would lead in term 3 for Year 5/6 primary children would be of a high quality. in the final session they ran a festival for the children to put into practise what they had learnt in the taster sessions. Fewer children attended this year compared with previous years and unfortunately due to illness no school was able to field a full team. However, each child took part in at least one track event, one field event and one relay and the festival was enjoyed by all.
