COT – Competition organiser training aims to provide an additional leadership pathway for secondary aged young people to grow capacity to deliver engaging intra-school competition. The training will provide SGO’s with the content familiarisation needed to deliver the 3 hour workshop directly to young leaders in their schools or as part of the offer of leadership academies. MSF – Multi-Skill Festival training will bring to life new guidance for School Games Organiser’s on delivering multi-skill festivals. This training will allow SGO’s to plan the delivery of high quality multi-skill festivals for year 3 and 4 pupils with a clear purpose and focus, that is young person led and celebrates alternative successes/outcomes; with the focus on the learning and development of the individual and achieving their personal best.
