Training afternoon for school staff involved in the delivery of the HSBC UK British Cycling, Readt Set Ride Learn to Ride programme.
Who should attend?
Any member of staff can attend who has an interest in the programme, although we would suggest maybe pre-school, reception or year 1 teachers. It does not have to be the PE subject leader/co-ordinator, instead anyone who is keen to support and learn more about the programme and has an interest in working with and engaging families through cycling.
Course content
Delegates will be introduced to a range of free, quick, easy to follow fun games and activities designed to help you teach your children to pedal as well as have fun along the way.
There will also be a practical demonstration of some of the activities using a small class of EYFS children.
