Open to all Primary PE Leads & SLT.
The day will encoporate 3 key elements:
1. Celebration of School Games Mark success
2. Power of a Well School Workshop - delivered by Youth Sport Trust, colleagues will receive training focused on physical, social and emotional wellbeing outcomes that are derived from placing PE, Sport and Physical Activity at the heart of the school. Dovetailing nicely with MY PB and the Personal Development judgement on the new Ofsted framework, this is an excellent opportunity for schools to engender a 'well' ethos throughout their setting.
3. School Games - Reframing Competition. We will be looking at this national initiative to seek ways in which we can embrace these changes throughout our competition framework. With the aim of getting more young people engaged and enjoying competitive School sport.
