Stunning cross-country performance from BGN

The U15 Boys team from Blessed George Napier School produced some stunning performances to record a fabulous win at the recent Oxfordshire Cross-Country Championships hosted at Radley School.

In an event traditionally dominated by the Independent school sector the BGN boys ‘packed’ brilliantly at the front of the field with 4 of the runners finishing in the top 12.

Head of PE Stewart Orton said 'It was a stunning victory by the boys, with all their hard work in lessons and training really paying dividends'.

The team consisted of Ryan McKensie, Max Robinson, Charlie Marr, Olly Gore and Will Thorp.

Four of the boys will now join the Oxfordshire sqad who compete in the National Championship in Norwich, later this term
