Sandcastles on the Beach in Bicester!

On Saturday 13th May, Bicester Town Centre will host a vast array of activities to mark the launch of the Bicester Healthy New Town programme.

As the market square is turned in to a beach, there will be an experience for everyone with Zorb football, children’s games and activities, healthy cooking demonstrations, bicycle MOTs, music and dance performances, health walks and much more.

The Healthy New Town programme aims to create a Bicester where being healthy is easy, fun and achievable for people of all ages. It involves individual residents, workplaces and employers, schools and nurseries, clubs, associations and volunteers and health and care services. They will all work together to enable and support people to live healthier lives and to promote their wellbeing.
