Year 2 Mutli-Skills at Wykham Park Academy

Children from across the Wykham Park Academy cluster of primary schools had a very busy day on Thursday 28th March at the Year 2 Multi-Skills Festival.  360 children took part in the event which was designed to develop agility, balance and coordination through a range of fun activities.  The children rotated around circuits of activities including relay races, cat and mouse, shooting, treasure chest and mini-golf.  The festival was delivered by 50 Year 7and Year 8 students, some of whom were experiencing sports leadership for the very first time.  They all did a great job and made the morning a huge success!

“Very well organised and ran very smoothly”

“The children loved the variety of activities”

“The leaders were confident and really helped our children no matter what their ability”
