Dodge, Dodge, Hit!

Nearly 100 children from across the Warriner cluster gathered yesterday afternoon to compete in our ‘Inclusion’ Dodgeball festival.

The festival, targeted at children who have had only limited opportunities to compete in inter-school sport so far this year, ran for nearly two hours.  There were eight rounds of competition and the children were on the go throughout.

The spirit of the games value for this event was ‘Passion’ and the children displayed this in abundance – always positive, clearly enjoying the new experience and always trying their best!

The eventual winners came from Bloxham Primary but all participants, including the Warriner Young Leaders, can take a lot of credit for what was a wonderful afternoon of sport.
