Playtime fun at Harriers!

18 year 5 students from Harriers completed playground leaders training on Thursday 19th May.  They spent the morning developing their leadership skills and building up a bank of fun games and activities they could play with Key Stage 1 children at lunchtimes.  The games included cat and mouse, fruit salad, cowboys and Indians, ball tag and tails.  They all worked really hard and did a great job when they were put to the test in the afternoon when they took charge 30 year 1 children.  The children thoroughly enjoyed the activities and are really excited about having the leaders out during lunchtimes!
