Mini Red Tennis Bicester 2018

Torrential spring showers caused a last minute change of location from the Bicester Lawn Tenis Club to Bicester Leisure centre for the 2018 Mini-Red Tennis Festival.

The 2nd May saw over fifty students from five different Bicester schools compete in a round robin tournament. Students were seeded and played against tough competition from the other schools.

Students showed great independence working out when they were next on court and making friends with children from other schools ensuring a fun morning was had by all.

Launton were the team that came out on top closely followed by Kings Meadow 1, who will both be going through to partnership finals. Well done and congratulations to all those who took part... you were ACE!!!!

Huge thanks to Bicester Lawn Tennis Club who supported the event!
